Deliveries Over the Christmas Period
Please note our last order despatch day with Royal Mail is 23rd December. Any orders placed 23rd - 26th December will be despatched on the 27th December.
Our Labs are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The last date to place an order for Click & Collect is the 21st December. Any Click and Collect orders placed after this date will be available for collection from the 28th December.
Free UK Delivery Over £30
Orders with a total of £30 or over will qualify for free delivery with the Royal Mail 48hr service. See terms below for UK delivery.
UK 48hr Tracked: Royal Mail (3-5 Days)
£3.50
Delivery within 48 hours after dispatch. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Order by 12pm for dispatch on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.
Please note, Royal Mail parcels can take a maximum of 14 days to reach you on rare occasions. If a parcel is not received within 5 working days after ordering, please get in touch.
UK 24hr Tracked: Royal Mail (2-3 days)
£4.50
Dispatched the next working day when ordered before 12pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.

Click & Collect (FREE)
Collect from any Coffi Lab store 2 days after you order.
Collection orders are available for collection 2 days after your order date. For example, if you place your order on Monday, your order is available to collect from Wednesday. Orders can only be collected from the Coffi Lab location you select at the time of ordering. When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and show to a member of staff at the counter. Please collect your order within one week from your order date.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on Royal Mail.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! You can add gift messaging during checkout, and we can send orders directly to recipients. Gift Subscriptions and Gift Cards are also available.
Can I get a receipt for my order?
Yes, you'll automatically receive an email receipt after placing your order. If you need an Invoice please contact help@coffilab.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Cancellations
We’re sorry but we are unable to accept cancellations on any orders placed for delivery or Click and Collect.
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, if your order hasn’t been collected within one week of your order date, your order will be cancelled and a refund only given at our discretion.
If your order is incorrect or there is a quality issue, please notify us at help@coffilab.co.uk within 24 hours.
Returns
We’re really sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your order. Please feel free to pop us an email to returns@coffilab.co.uk as we always value your feedback and will help in any way we can.
As all of our coffee is freshly hand roasted to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges unless coffee has been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of these products.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our Coffi Lab Gift Cards.
We accept returns of our non-coffee products within 14 days of them being received. Any item must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging to us at Coffi Lab, Wentloog Buildings, Cardiff, CF3 1TH using any shipping method of your choice. Please note we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs. Please contact us at returns@coffilab.co.uk to notify us you’d like to make a return.
