How do subscriptions work?

Our coffee subscriptions deliver fresh, carefully roasted coffee to your door, just as you like it. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery frequencies. 

How do I pause or cancel?

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime. Find your subscription welcome email or any recent subscription email and click 'View Subscription' within. This will take you to your account dashboard where you can view and edit all of your upcoming subscriptions.

Click 'edit' within the boxes to make changes to the frequency and quantity. Under Billing Schedule, click 'Reschedule' to edit dates or 'Skip payment' to skip a delivery. Scroll to the bottom of the page to pause or cancel your subscription. You can revisit this page at any time and make any further changes from the link within your subscription emails received.

When do subscription coffees ship?

Subscription orders are roasted, packed, and shipped Monday-Saturday.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Absolutely. Head to your customer account dashboard from the button in any of your subscription emails to modify delivery frequency.

What if I'm away?

You can skip deliveries or pause your subscription temporarily by clicking the link in any subscription email to reach your account dashboard. We recommend doing this at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery.
