Roasted in Cardiff. For you, by us.
We believe the secret to exceptional coffee lies in the passion behind every stage of the bean’s journey, starting at the farm. That’s why we’ve chosen Direct Relationship coffees for our Roastery.
Roasted in tribute to our wonderful Dylan - the inspiration behind all things Coffi Lab - this is our rare and limited release Grands Cru coffee. With fur that gently silvered with age, our beloved Labrador became our Silver Fox - a memory that's treasured in our most special roast.
We source our Silver Lab beans from small, independent farmers who care deeply about producing exceptional coffee. We roast these coffees lightly and delicately to accentuate the beautiful flavours developed in these carefully selected batches.

To extend the freshness of your coffee, keep it sealed and in a cool, dry place.
For a pour over or French press coffee, we recommend 15g per serving, giving you 16 cups of brewed coffee per 250g bag. For espresso, you would use 16-18g per double shot, with each bag making around 15 cups.
