OUR STORY

We believe that the secret to exceptional coffee lies in the passion behind every stage of the bean’s journey. From Soil to Sip®. Our goal is to reflect the subtle nuances of the terroir in our coffee. The only way to do this is to start our story at the farm. For this reason, we have chosen exclusively Direct Relationship coffee.

Sourcing our beans directly allows us to control the consistency of our coffee and ensures long-term sustainable growth for the farmers we work with.

Honouring the hard work that goes into growing the beans, we thoughtfully navigate through decisions on provenance, varieties and processes in order to select the most delicious coffees to bring home to beautiful Wales

Hailing from Costa Rica our Fox Red Roast is beautifully balanced, with flavours of milk chocolate, caramel and tangerine.

Sourced exclusively for Coffi Lab we chose this coffee because of its signature sweetness.
